Jasmin House – 35 m2:

The cosy Jasmin house is set on one floor. It has one to two bedrooms available depending on the size of the group. One is a double and the other a twin bedroom. There is a shower room, a reception room, kitchenette, and patio with barbecue and garden furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small eating area with table and chairs for up to 6 people.
This unit is being completely renovated and much effort has been put into the small details. The shower room is covered in small blue tiles, Portuguese style, which gives the space an airy and light feeling. The views from the house to the National Park and the sea are stunning.
There is a games are for children right in front of the house. Guests have full access to the covered swimming pool, about 100 metres away.
Jasmin and Geranium can combine as one unit, 'Casa Grande', for parties of up to 12 people when rented as a whole.
What makes this house extra special is of course the large 5000m2 garden with is separate vegetable patch. Although part of the garden and the swimming pool are shared, Jasmin has a private patio, provided with furniture and barbecue for lovely meals and restful moments, surrounded by peaceful nature.

Villa Monte e Mar – 360m2:

This spacious villa is airy and light and all set on one floor.
The architecture is of Mediterranean influence, with the house following the contours of the landscape, curves not cubes, so the whole is at one with its setting. Most rooms connect to the outside. Villa Monte e Mar is the most spacious and luxurious villa in Morada do Sol. The villa has 4/5 bedrooms in total and can be let to up to 12 people.
The main entrance is via a spacious entrance hall, with original pine trunks forming the ceiling. To the right, the main formal living room is found with a lovely encased fireplace providing the focal point, and 3 full length French doors opening to the gardens. A large TV with Satellite SKY channels, DVD player and Stereo is provided for the entertainment of guests. The formal dining area is located to the left with its own french doors opening to the terrace and gardens.
Also accessed from the main hall, the spacious fully equipped kitchen, with a large table for 8 or more, is ideal for less formal meals. Just outside the kitchen, in a covered area, a large table made of one single slab of marble, seats 12 people comfortably and is ideal for large reunions. The lovely built-in barbecue is just next to this seating area.
From this hall there is also access, to a large twin bedroom (can become large double or quadruple bedroom upon request), with a private sitting room, direct access to the gardens and satellite TV. The room has its own en-suite shower room which has two doors and can also be accessed from the hall. The sitting room in this bedroom has two single sofa-beds and a fabulous view on to the gardens.
To the left of the main hall, we find a lovely indoor garden with a round skylight. Further on there is another twin bedroom with a large built-in desk, which means, it can double up as a very spacious study room.

Casa dos Meninos – 80 m2:

This newly renovated unit is on one floor with its own entrance and lovely patio area. It is the garden floor of Villa Monte e Mar, which can be rented separately or together for larger parties.
The entrance is through large sliding doors from the private patio. The living area is bright with a learge flat screen TV; on the wall there is a beautiful hand painted ceramic tile panel, created by a local artist, depicting two adorable baroque angels; this is what gave the name to the house, as "meninos" means children in Portuguese.
There are 3 bedrooms, all accessed from the living room; the double bedroom has a small en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom is spacious, with a unique lovely tile panel depicting a vase of flowers.
A flat screen TV with DVD provides entertainment.
Outside we find the private patio, provided with furniture and barbecue the summer for lovely meals and restful moments, surrounded by peaceful nature.

Villa Cascais – 420m2:

This spacious villa is set on two floors which can also be rented separately (see Villa Monte e Mar and Casa dos Meninos).
The architecture is of Mediterranean influence, with the house following the contours of the landscape, curves not cubes, so the whole is at one with its setting. Most rooms connect to the outside.
As the house is set on two spacious floors, there are two living rooms, two private patios and many wonderful relaxing spots with different views. The villa has 6 bedrooms in total and can be let to up to 18 people.

The main entrance is via a spacious entrance hall, with original pine trunks forming the ceiling. To the right, the main formal living room is found with a lovely encased fireplace providing the focal point, and 3 full length French doors opening to the gardens. A large TV with Satellite SKY channels, DVD player and Stereo is provided for the entertainment of guests. To the left the formal dining area is located; this area, with its own french doors opens out to the terrace and gardens.
Right across the hall to the other side, there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, with a large table for 8 or more, ideal for less formal meals. Just outside the kitchen, in a covered area, a large table made of one single slab of marble, seats up to 18 people comfortably and is ideal for large reunions. The lovely built-in barbecue is just next to this seating area.
Also accessed from the main hall, we find a large twin bedroom (beds can be joined to form a large double) and its en-suite shower room; this bedroom leads to a smaller sitting-room/bedroom with 2 single sofa-beds and with direct access to the gardens and fabulous views.
To the left of the main hall, we find a lovely indoor garden with a round skylight. Further on we access another twin bedroom with a large built-in desk, which means this can double up as a very spacious study room.
Further along, past a separating door, we find to the left a pleasant double bedroom, and next to it a spacious shower room with an original skylight over the shower!
The main double bedroom is to the right of this corridor. It is a spacious bright room with private French doors to its section of the garden, plenty of built-in storage space and a large bathroom with two sinks, jacuzzi bath, separate shower, toilet and bidet. Beds in this room can be configured as double beds, or 4 singles.
Down steps from the hall, a separate living room, bathrooms and bedrooms are located. This area has a large sitting space with 2 single sofa-beds, fully equipped kitchenette and sliding doors to the garden. There 3 spacious bedrooms leading off from the living room: 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. The double bedroom has a small en-suite bathroom and direct access to outside. The other lovely spacious bathroom on this floor has a lovely hand painted tile panel over the bath.
What makes this villa extra special is of course the large 5000m2 garden with is separate vegetable patch. Although part of the garden and the swimming pool are shared with the guests of the lower cottage 100m away, a large 1000m2 section of the garden is reserved to the exclusive use of the Villa guests. In this private section the sauna house is found.
